The route

My route is depicted below (highly stylised - not navigationally correct!) highlighting the fact that it will be broken up into 5 stages. I will come home for a short break between each stage. Each stage will consist of many (10-20) relatively short hops around the coast. The whole trip will be around 2000 nautical miles.

The black arrows are my train journeys back home. I will not come home between stages 2 and 3. Instead my wife will come to me for a holiday (not sailing ... much) in Scotland.
