Stage 2 underway - more North

I've now made a good start heading ever northward from Dunbar. Soon there will be no more north left! As seems to be the pattern on this venture it's not all been plain sailing, ha ha. I've had gale force winds to either dodge or cope with as well as more equipment failures to deal with while underway. My first two passage notes go into the detail. Dunbar to Montrose was a passage cut short due to gale warnings and Montrose to Stonehaven had to be negotiated at 3am Tuesday morning to avoid the worst of the winds!
I had completed both within 24 hours!
I've been rewarded by the breathtaking environs of Stonehaven including the nearby Dunnottar castle ruins on a rocky outcrop.
Next up, Peterhead.
Oh, and by the way, it's warmer! YIPPEE!!!
